Privacy Notice
This notice explains how the SAMAD ARD website handles information. SAMAD ARD is a proposed circular-economy venture in Qatar and is not yet an incorporated or operating company.
1. Who is responsible
The website is operated for the SAMAD ARD development-stage initiative by its founder in Qatar. For questions about information shared through this website or to make a privacy request, email wael.abuanzeh@samadard.com.
2. Information you provide
If you choose to send an inquiry, you may provide your name, email address, organization, inquiry category and message, along with any information you include voluntarily. The website's current inquiry form opens your own email application with a prepared message; it does not submit the form to a SAMAD ARD website database.
3. How information is used
We use inquiry messages to respond to requests, discuss potential services or partnerships, manage follow-up correspondence and maintain necessary records of those discussions. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data or confidential business information without an appropriate arrangement.
4. Language preference
When you switch between English and Arabic, the site saves that choice in your browser's local storage under the key “samad-language”. This is used only to display your preferred language. You can remove it using your browser's site-data controls.
5. Cookies and technical data
This version of the site does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, embedded analytics or a hosted contact-form service. Like most websites, the hosting provider may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses, device/browser information, request times and security logs, to deliver and protect the website. Those records are subject to the hosting provider's arrangements.
6. Email providers, disclosure and location
Emails are transmitted and stored through the email services used by you and the website's recipient. Relevant information may be shared with service providers supporting site hosting or correspondence, or with advisers when needed to address your inquiry, subject to appropriate confidentiality. Information may be processed outside Qatar depending on the providers involved. We may also disclose information if legally required.
7. Retention and security
We retain inquiry correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, any resulting discussions, legitimate recordkeeping or applicable legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational precautions will be used, but email and internet communications cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your requests
You can contact us to ask what inquiry information we hold about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a concern. We may need to verify your identity and may retain certain records where required by law or legitimate obligations. Use wael.abuanzeh@samadard.com for these requests.
9. External links and updates
This website may link to external websites whose privacy practices are outside our control. We may update this notice as the website, company or processing arrangements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
